Fractional design leadership
I step in as your design leader for a defined period — leading the team, setting the standard and shaping the direction until the organisation is ready for its permanent structure.
Senior design leadership brought in at the moment it is needed, without rushing the long-term appointment.

Two working sessions each month, priority access for critical decisions and direct review of selected product, design and organisational work between them. Senior judgement available before decisions become expensive.

I look at the work in advance. You leave with concrete direction on the specific decisions that make the design better — not a strategy deck.

Two intense weeks where I focus entirely on bringing your product back on the right track from a design perspective — diagnosing what's broken and rebuilding it with intent.
Clear deliverables throughout, including a fully coded prototype — something you can put in front of users or your team, not just slides.
